Character Development
We recognize
that one of the most serious diseases afflicting the contemporary world
is the rapid and increasingly acceptable decline of moral values and the selfish pursuit of self-gratification at any cost, and that there is an urgent and dire need to restore this imbalance. At Sanctuary Preschool we play our part by:
- Instilling awareness of Allah (swt)’s omnipresence and sense of accountability to Him, and prioritization of His pleasure over everything else
- Demanding, and rewarding, honesty and personal integrity
- Encouraging cooperation and mutual support rather than competitiveness
- Encouraging empathy and kindness
- Building connection with, and genuine concern for, the natural environment and all of Allah’s creation
- Valuing uniqueness and authenticity to foster sincerity
